According to the KSCA, the new season will bring to Kiev 15 millions flowers, which were previously and specially grown in a hot-house to beautify the capital in the spring. It stands to mention that during 2012 utility providers planted out 12 millions different flowers. And in 2013 the number of flowers will be rolled over to 15 millions.

At that time, Kiev authorities are planning to build new greenhouses and repair the old ones which were built 30-40 years ago. it should be noted that in the greeneries of Pechersk district, where are growing most flowers to decorate the city streets, were installed boilers that use wood instead of gas.

Also about 10 million sprouts are raised in these greenhouses to provide city’s needs. Looking back that this spring a half of million rose bushes will plant out in Kiev. Earlier, in 2012, more than 15 thousands roses were plant out. In a new season it will be about 15 million flowers, which were specially growing in greenhouse to beautify the capital.
