New York, Paris, Milan and London have always competed for the title: “ fashion capital of the world”, but a recent research of commercial estate agency Cushman & Wakefield finished this strife: the company find out which cities have the most expensive shopping streets with the most luxury shops. In particular, experts calculated how much costs a rent of annually per square foot (a little less than 100 sq. Cm) of these streets. Here are the top — 5:
