In the case when service of the air passenger interrupts for the reasons independent from the airport, also in the case when the customer didn’t cancel the order in time, not later than 24 hours before planned flight arrival sum raises 100% from the cost of the ordered complex of services. (In the case when departure flight is cancelled or postponed and service of the passenger didn’t begin — the passenger pays the cost of a complex VIP hall services for meeting \seeing off people in case of the order cancellation ).

In case when the transit \transfer passenger cancels part of travel for the reasons independent of the airport — cost for service of this order doesn’t change. (100% from the cost of a complex of services for transfer / the transient is paid).
