BAO Modern Chinese Cuisine is the first modern Chinese cuisine restaurant in Ukraine. The BAO founder and ideologist is the famous chef — Hector Jimenez-Bravo. After being to Asia Hector was inspired by local traditions so decided bring the piece of their culture to Kiev.

What does the BAO mean? It’s the «friendship» and «hugs», and «warm», and «steamed buns». The open kitchen let every visitor observe the sacrament cooking process. Chose the traditional Dim Sum or trend Shu Mai, Oriental Noodles or Wonton and you become the spectator of impressing magic fire show.

Several restaurant halls are comfortable for noisy company, and cozy for romantic couples. From Thursday to Saturday restaurant with best DJ sets becomes the luxury pre-party music bar.
