Privately Owned Enterprise «Concierge Group» (hereinafter – the Company) provides services, keeping your private information. The below-stated points describe how we receive necessary information from you and how we use it for services providing and orders handling.
Getting of information
The Company receives from you information when processing your orders, and also during the communication and for possibility of contact with you. Providing us your personal information, you charge us its storage, handling and disclosure only within the conditions stipulated in this privacy policy and current legislation concerning information and personal data. If you place an order for product or service, the additional information can be necessary for us to process or execute your order or request. The Company on its own initiative or on your request will fill up, correct or delete any incomplete, inexact or obsolete personal data.
Use of information
The Company uses information received from you for the following purposes:
- Identification of your number during your call: requesting the additional information, we are insured against the accidental disclosure of your personal data to the persons who don’t have right to access to them.
- Support of an accounting record and subscriber records
- Providing support services
- Providing preferential services from suppliers and order placement on services on your choice
- Communication with you via e-mail or phone (including sms) about the service providing either by us, or by the corresponding suppliers
- Prevention of the fraud cases
Information disclosure
We don’t disclose private information to the persons who aren’t an employee of the Company or suppliers, whom these data are necessary for providing services, privileges or products. Information can be handed over to suppliers in case of need for the purpose of providing you products, services or privileges. Some components of personal information which can be available for us, can be confidential. We have no right to use the confidential information about you for the purposes different from those which it was received for. We can ask for permission to implement financial transactions if you order a certain product or service. Where it is required under the law, your information can be handed over to the public authorities in the response to their written request. We don’t sell lists of addresses to the third parties for mailing in the advertizing purposes. We can constitute the generalized statistics which can be used by us or our suppliers for the advertizing purposes, for analysis and development of the business growth strategy, but these data won’t contain data identifying you.
Safety of information
We observe severe measures of safety for ensuring safety of your personal data. They include certain procedures, for example, identification of the entering calls. It is carried out for the purpose of appropriate observance of all requirements concerning information and personal data.
Identification of calls
We trace and fix information received through communication channels for our services enhancement, for transactions fixation and for compliance to requirements of current legislation.
