RULES OF ESCORT SERVICES

Rules of escort services rendering for the Clients

With ordering the escort services at Privately Owned Enterprise “Concierge Group”(further – the Contractor) the private person (further – the Client) assumes the obligations to acquaint himself with these Rules of escort services rendering for the Clients (further – Rules) and follow them thoroughly.

1. Under escort services (Further – Services, Escort service) the Client and the Contractor shall mean: accompaniment services for Client during the meetings, recreation and at public places.

2. The Contractor renders services to the Client by means of specially trained and prepared girl (further – Model) who meets customer requirements.

3. To access to the list of Models and to choose the Model for escort services rendering, the Client shall disposable pay amount equivalent to 99 USD (ninety nine US dollars). Afterwards money will not be returned and will not be included to the escort services cost.

4. Escort services shall be provided to the Client only. It isn't allowed to provide the escort service to the third parties without coordination it with the Contractor.

5. Escort services shall be rendered directly in volume they were ordered. Volume of the escort services are the time ordered by the Client in hours during which the services shall be provided. The Client has no right to demand from the Model to provide the escort services in bigger volume, than it was approved with the Contractor.

6. The Payment shall be made by the Client in form of advance payment amounted to 100% of the services cost. Thus the Clients hall pay directly to the Contractor in cash, non-cash or in any other different way, approved by the Contractor. The Client shall not pay to the Model.

7. The Contractor shall provide the services in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine. In case when the order received from the Client includes the requirements to make the actions provided by Art. 181-1 of the Code of Ukraine about the administrative violations or the Art. Art. 302, 303 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, namely the requirements to render prostitution, pimping or procurement services, the order will be rejected out of hand.

8. In the course of the escort-services rendering the Client has no right to offer, decline or demand from the Model to provide services, classified by the legislation as prostitution. In case of identification of this rule violation facts, the Contractor reserves the right to instantly stop rendering services for the Client.

9. The client is obliged to behave in relation to the Model politely, to respect the commonly accepted ethical standards and moral rules. Use of roughness or any kinds of physical impact on the Model is inadmissible. In case of identification of this rule violation facts by the Client, the Contractor reserves the right to instantly stop rendering services for the Client.

10. The Client is obliged to carryall expenses which the Model require in the course of the escort services rendering, including expenses for taxi, drinks, food, tickets and other expenses.

11. The Client is liable for any material damage which will be caused to the Model during the escort services rendering.

12. The escort services rendering can be stopped at any time by the Contractor, without compensation of the paid cost, in case of identification of violation of the Rules and/or the current legislation of Ukraine.

13. If the Model didn't provide the escort services in complete amount or if they were provided poorly the Client is obliged to report instantly about it to the Contractor by means of telecommunication or e-mail. The Client anyway shall not make any oral claim to the Model.

14. Information about the Contractor and/or the Model which will become available to the Client in the course of the escort services rendering is confidential. The client undertakes to keep confidentiality of such information. The client is liable for any material and immaterial damage which will be done to the Contractor by the disclosure of such information.

15. These Rules are obligatory for the Client and the Contractor from the moment of implementation by the Client of the order for the escort services and until the moment of their completion.

16. Periodically the Contractor can make changes to these Rules by means of the such changes publication at the Contractor's website at the address https://conciergegroup.org.

17. Further use of the Contractor's services means an unconditional acceptance by the Client of such changes in the Rules.
